Along with all the yelling and bro-time, the Superbowl is also about big parties and the food that comes with them! 7 layer dip, chips upon chips, buffalo wings and of course, pizza! It is so hard to resist eating everything in sight when it comes to parties like this, but I have found some healthier alternatives to get the same satisfaction with less the calories and fat! Swap out some of your old recipes with these new healthy ones and you will definitely feel less guilty about eating at your Superbowl party.

Veggies with Healthy Ranch
You can't go wrong with veggies and dip! Gather all your favorite veggies, carrots and peppers are my personal fave! And get ready to have your mind blown by this healthy ranch dressing recipe. All you need is 1 packet ranch dressing powdered mix, 16 oz (half large tub, 2 small containers) plain lowfat yogurt and 1 tsp dried minced garlic. Mix all together and chill for about an hour. This is seriously so delicious and HEALTHY!
